So, what are you guys cooking today?

We are having a small get together. About 8-10 folks.

Beer
Wine
Sodas

Shrimp on the Barbie
Sirloin Burgers
Andouille
Lobster stir fry with Ginger and Asian Veggies
Grilled Veggies with Tzadziki
Grilled corn
Side salads
Fresh Berries and Vanilla Ice Cream

Later on - Cognac, Scotch, Cigars

Its just my family this year, so pretty basic

grilled shrimp
smoked ribs
spicy coleslaw
rosemary roasted potatoes

And a CAO America cigar and a glass of Ron del Barlito rum to watch the National fireworks show down on the Mall from the roof, and the Annual Illegal fireworks shows around the neighborhood (first aid kits, hoses and fire extinguishers at the ready)

We're keepin it fairly simple this year, I'm preppin venison burgers, baked macaroni, and baked beans for the family. Still considering doing some roasted potatoes though. Hmmm, roasted potatoes.... Yep, addin those to the menu.

Happy 4th all. We have a fair in our downtown so just got back with a full belly.

About to make some BBQ'd pineapples and peaches over Vanilla ice cream. While drinking some 100% Blue Agave tequila Margaritas 1.5 oz Tequila; 1 oz lime; .75 oz agave nectar. Shake and serve over ice.

Captain and a nice fireworks show over the lake out on the boat watching..
