As David Kochan wrote to my previous post below, he contacted me by voice mail and by e-mail to apologize for the mix up with my order. I am VERY happy and pleased with his high level of customer service. David went the extra mile to contact me by phone and make things right. I am very impressed with this and I look forward to doing business with Pocketlights.com again. Thanks David for your excellent customer service. You have a great company and I look forward to doing business with you again. Mistakes happen. Pocketlights.com will make it right. :) :) :)
 
I received the ARC AAA today. Two days from GA to FL. The light is wonderful. Thanks David.

As I stated above, a mistake was made, and David corrected it. I was very impressed that he called me personally to explain the problem. This is GREAT customer service and I am very, very happy with Pocketlights.com, and I look forward to doing business with them again.

I'm glad your experience worked out and I'm not "badmouthing" you for your original post because this turned out to be a mistake made by the seller. BUT he corrected it and made it right. Look at the responses immediately made to your original post about him and they were, (to me), negatively judgemental. What if it had NOT been a mistake by the seller and he DID ship it as promised? He would now be unfairly condemned.

I just want to remind other BF members that sometimes ANYTHING might NOT come as quickly as you expect. I am always amazed when I read; "This guy promised me delivery by 3 Day Priority Mail or Second Day UPS and it's been 3-4 days and it's still not here". Boy, join the club! One thing you learn as you get older is that not everything might be as fast as you want. We live in a "right now" world and I do understand that but hey, sometimes give folks a break!

Don't immediately jump bad and post negative comments. Wait at least TWO WEEKS. I have had the best of luck with USPS but there has been a couple of occasions, (in the course of DOZENS of transactions over the years), where 3 Day Priority Mail or UPS PRIORITY has turned into 1 or 2 WEEK delivery! I'm waiting right now for a package that SHOULD have been delivered a couple of days ago but I'm not going to "panic" for at least another week or so . Learn to have some patience because it might not be anyone's fault. Again, I'm glad it worked out for you and it USUALLY does! :)
