I was going to have pizza! But I ended up being too lazy to stop and buy it
Just for clarity, I am pretty fat right now! Between getting laid off and working in/on my shop most of the summer, and then stretched really thin at school... I all but quit working out and ate WHATEVER I wanted any time day or night! I weighed 240 at Christmas, but I started eating clean and working out like a crazy man the day after and am down to 233. 210 is the goal.
I do realize nobody cares, but my 3 hours of working out today motivated me to share my story

nick i stoped wanting before i got to 225
im 5'10" i ll just keep hanging out at my freakish 180 44 inah upper (dama if i could just get back to my 28 inch lower )
i hated having to get cloths custom fitted so im tring to fit into there mold
at one point was 195 lb 46 top 28 bottom and 17 neck and arm
i would have made a zut suite look bad ass (cause i needed one )
