Thanks, guys! Back on the forums after a few days. We FINALLY got an acceptable offer on the house. The wife and kids were in Indy househunting, TR-MO. I also had the pleasure to deal my wife's car being broken into and some contents stolen, along with five other cars at the Wingate. Grrrrr...
