TIP: Start saving one here and there (birthdays). There will come a time when you may want to haul one out and re-use it. "39" is good for two or three re-runs, at least :cool:
 
A birthday is a good time to try LIVING every day before before you end up used up with little to remember.

Try waking up and refusing to hate. And then looking, searching, today, each day for the joy that's there and appreciating it. Try that every day and it might work once a week. Makes a tremendous difference.
 
Wow, I had absolutely no clue that my birthday would've gotten posted. Thanks very much for the well wishes.. I did celebrate yesterday with my family and a couple of friends. Although, I am really not one for celebrations, I think the celebrating is more enjoyable for family and friends. I myself haven't been much for celebrating. Had it not been for my wife and my daughter, I probably would've just celebrated by cracking open a couple of beers and either reading a good book or putting on one of my favorite movies such as Gladiator, The Patriot, or Braveheart.

Yvsa, I got a really good laugh reading your post. My wife tells me that my singing sounds more like a crow sometimes...
