Wow... it's March 1 and I just now saw this. Thanks, guys. It was actually a very good birthday. The house purchase went through so for my birthday, I ended up $250,000 farther in debt than I was the week before my birthday, but that's good. Now I live in the woods with room for all the dogs, some beans, and a couple of corn stalks.
