Practice this phrase until you can use it automatically ... with great effect:
"Get off my lawn, you kids."
After age 65, you are authorized to use this phrase even if you do not have a lawn.

About an hour ago, I went downstairs to chase the skateborders off the back porch. No sticks needed but sometimes I call the police dispatcher and the kids get chased professionally Without raising my otherwise excellent blood pressure readings.
