Can't wait until the seventh book comes out, only a year to go!

My grandkids have already made me promise to get them the new book soon as it comes out. I've stood in line the past couple on the first day. Oh well, their great kids, and whats a granddad for anyways.

I'm a little worried about it though. They said two of the main charaters get killed off. The 11 and 13 year olds will be okay, but is this a little heavy for an 8 year old?
