Happy Birthday Jerry Busse

Congratulations, Boss! You've survived a 584,000,000 mile journey around a massive ball of explosively colliding particles at a speed of approximately 18.5 miles per second while being constantly bombarded by at least three different types of radiation. I'd say you deserve a drink! Preferably in an INFI tankard. :D Happy birthday!

Hope your day was filled with excellent whiskey and even better company! Happy Birthday!!

Happy Birthday Jerry...And Many More!!!!

I raised a glass to your health last night, then several more, and forgot to post in the thread! :D

Say Heah Mr. B, That was nice of you Garth, I just turned Plenty-One 10-6,0Anyhow Gents a F. Y. I. I have some Swamp Rat's and Busse Combat's, I wish Busse Combat would find a Company and made Sheath's like Essee dies, They have an outstanding aftermarket accessories for their knives, What do I know, People could order their Sheath and Pimp up their Sheath's with bells and whistles. But I just recieved my Badger Attack Ergo and my Steel Heart Ergo, A while ago I bought a Becker BK-2,It came with a plastic sheath that actually is made nice, acceptable. But it was so tight that it actually hurt my wrist, and I'm not a whip. So natch, I called Ka-Bar and negotiated a price, I didn't by the nylon sheath at the regular price, But I got a good deal. So in the box the Kydex or good quality Plastic. Well when I opened the U. P. S. Gift from Busse Combat, First thing I noticed was, How beautiful they were. Then I started a little fondling them. Sort of a warm up. A while passes and then I noticed the similarity between the Badger Attack Ergo and the BK-2, Granted, It was like comparing a Chevy and a Cadillac, same G. M. But, , , Anyhow I pulled that Sheath out and surprisingly it fit great. It's not molded for the B A E, But we'll enough that I don't need to buy a Kydex Sheath for it, The handle strap fit perfectly, and secures the B. A. E. perfectly that there's no way it can slip out, The blade doesn't scratch against the sides either. Happy B'Day Mr. Jerry Busse.

Don't you have anything better to do, or can't you read, I made it very clear.

Don't you have anything better to do besides writing a wall of text about another knife company's accessories on a birthday wishes thread for the owner of THIS knife company? The title of this thread is also very clear...

The reason Jerry does not offer sheaths any more is because when he did, some people complained about them. So he decided to just concentrate on knives and let his customers choose a sheath from the many talented sheathmakers here who just make good sheaths, just like he makes good knives. Why buy a sheath as an accessory if you're just going to get another better sheath made the way you want it anyway?

It seems that being tactful is completely out of style any more... Next time, please find a more appropriate thread for your post(s).

Thank You, But look at Essee and their Sheath Accessories. If Busse Combat and Swamp Rat made their Sheath's, Perhaps they wouldn't cost as much. Personally, I don't like seeing my knives to have a sheath made, I have knives that are no longer available. Or if the lost my knife, Even of their insured, I would rather have my knife, And insurance prolly wouldn't pay you what that knife is worth to you. I ordered three Sheath's, Cost me over $200.00, If they were mass produced, I'm sure the price would be lower, Then if they wouldn't like the sheath the knives came with, Sure get a Custom. But atleast you could use the knife imidiatly. Sorry I ruined your day. I apologize.
