May Gary rest in peace. Thank you Vindy for posting his letter, it was full of wisdom and it was touching.

You and your family have my most sincere condolences on the loss of your father. He is in a better place now, but he'll not be forgotten in this place. May he rest in peace.
 
Wow. I was shocked to learn of Gary's death. He and I communicated a lot during the last year or so of VG's life - when the folks here on BF were contributing to the VG's Angels Fund.

Vindy, my most sincere condolences and sympathy to you and your family. Your dad was a wonderful man who cared so much about others.

He will be missed.
