I almost forgot! It's almost midnight here on the West Coast and at the tick of midnight, I'll be 38!

It will be a quiet celebration this year. I'll work into the evening, tag-team with my wife at the door, put my little boys to bed, and wind down for the night. My wife and boys will likely take me out to dinner over the weekend.

My present? I've joined just about the entire world by finally getting a DVD player. I'll try to avoid watching Blazing Saddles in surround-sound with my 6-year-old and 2-year-old!
