Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone! I had a great day! I received many presents. My kids chipped in and gave me a whole case of Depends. My wife gave me a monogrammed truss and a gift pack of Polident. I also received a new box of condoms as the ones I had disintegrated. I also received new tips for my cane (the kind that stick into ice) and a pair of long-johns with a trap door. One of my grandchildren gave me a drool cup so I wouldn’t keep messing up my shirts – very thoughtful if you ask me. I also got a six pack of batteries for the hearing aid and a book of tickets to ride in the ambulance for free to the hospital of my choice. That should come in handy, I’m sure.

The fire dept wished me happy birthday after they put out the fire caused by all the candles on my cake. That was nice of them, don’t you think? The cake was great, especially after my wife pureed it so I could have some. She spoils me on my birthday.

Well, time to empty the the colostomy bag, put on some fresh Depends, and get to sleep. Hope you all had a great day too! :D
