hehe! I like that alternative Meako! We usually try to keep the pumpkin carving to the last minute... then my in-laws chop it up to a kind of pumpkin mash... it has onions, garlic, bread crumbs, cheese and some other stuff in it... tasty!
I won't be eating this pumpkin this year though... with the up and down weather its already gotten quite mushy.:barf:
