Many thanks for all the well wishes both here and via personal email. I really am surprised by all this.
When Yangdu and I had dinner at our favorite haunt, the Steakhouse at the Reno Hilton, they bought me a birthday cake for dessert! Casinos are great at stuff like this. You are one in 10,000 but the make you feel like you are the only one who matters. Little wonder they get rich.
