Where ever you are or plan to be today, have a great Easter and enjoy the day! :thumbup: :p:D-Matt-
 
I'm usually at my mothers eating one of those big pic-nik hams and suffering for about 4 nights afterwords from dehydration. But with her, ham isn't enough, nope gotta have turkey and rague (french concoction of pork gravy, pork balls, potatoes and heavy on the garlic and cloves). I think she might have some token broccoli as a vegetable, but she makes sure its well smothered in cheese sauce. After all that fat and grease I have to crawl back to my car and suffer heartburn, dry mouth and then follow it up with a good bought of constipation.

Not this year - I nipped that agony in the butt (or took away agony from my butt). I invited her out to my place for brunch. We are having fajitas with nice lean chicken breasts and marinated sirloin steak stripes. Tonnes of peppers (red, yellow, orange and green), fresh guacomole and a nice Sangria that has plums, peaches, grapfruit and orages. Dessert is cut up strawberries, kiwis and pinapples. I think I just might be able to poop tomorrow :) :)

The best part is all the chopping I get to do! Happy easter to everyone!
 
It is a fabulous day here in the Northeast! We have been having great weather for the past few days. Happy Easter to all!!!!

Happy Easter to all! I just a finished a huge meal of spiral-cut ham, cheesy potatoes, green beans, sweet potato pie, and rolls, followed by chocolate and apple pie and than a very good Honduran cigar! Life is good!
