Are any of those made in the US? They certainly don't look like it, with the paka wood handles on the bottom one and general china/pakistan/import design.

These are my favorite american made knives. My dad made these during WWll in the south pacific as a Fighting Seabee.

The one on the bottom looks like a Japanese Arisaka bayonet. Cool knives though.

Don't have a picture on hand, but my definite favorite is my Buck 110. An old classic.
 
Yes, you are right. The bottom knife was cut down and a sheath made for it.
