But, if we were to be thankful for something, it would be to thank the fantastic Busse crew - Jerry, Dan, Garth, Amy, Lexi, Beef, Josh, Laura, Sammy and everyone else at the wonderful world of Busse for creating this awesome community of like minded knife knerds.

Your crazy, I thought about goin' out but my bed looked better, now if you guys were havin' a Black Friday open door sale I'd be there, as I'm sure so would everyone else would be waitin' by the door as soon as the TG turkey was down and the triptophan wore off.:thumbup:

Well, Amy, it sounds like you have enjoyed making Thanksgiving a great one for your family. We had a small one here in TN but it was still a pleasant one. We smoked a turkey breast and made dressing and gravy (smoked turkey doesn't make gravy so canned this year) along with sweet potato casserole, mac & cheese casserole, homemade oatmeal rolls and pumpkin pie of which even the crust was homemade. Beer and wine flowed and made for a well lubricated family gathering. You should be able to kick back on the couch and play with the dog today so continue to have a Happy Thanksgiving!!!
