Sitting here with my belt undone and pants unbuttoned..... in a non-vulgar but very very full way and wishing you guys a happy T-day too.

Well,
I just wanted it confirmed for T & E purposes only, that Emerson fixed Blades work quite well on Carving Turkeys. Ultra thin slices were no problem, it went through leg and wing articulation points like butter as well.

I used an CF3 Trident on a 19 Lb. Hen yesterday. It's a Left hand grind so you have to be more vigilant on the right side of turkey but Left Side of Turkey indexs quite nicely. Went through Breasts like butter !

In Laws looked a little bewildered watching me, but knowing me they accepted it and were plesed w/ the outcome.

P.S. I used a SOFCK to stabilize the Bird while carving it. It performed flawlessly as well.

Happy Hollidays to all !

"Left side of turkey indexes quite nicely"...probably the all time best piece of writing this forum has ever seen.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! Haven't come across or been in an auto wreck, so have not gotton a chance to use my SARK yet. Seemed a little overkill for the turkey so used Wustoff instead. Maybe if Santa gets tangled in his reins, I can get to use the SARK.

Tmaishigiri,

I knew that CF-3 was sharp!
