Well, it's that time of year again! The stores are full of people buying their holiday turkeys, potatoes, stuffing and pies. The temperature is dropping (for those of us here in the north at least) and snowflakes are threatening to tickle the noses of anyone outside. Families are stuffing themselves into cars and planes to gather together with people that they haven't seen in a while and there are giant inflatable figures of turkeys and pilgrims adorning many yards. It's the time when family comes together to feast and tell stories of their year. Too much food and quite possibly too much family...Thanksgiving is just on the other side of that sunset!
I hope that everyone who is traveling gets to their destination, and home again, safely. Enjoy the time with your family and eat too much. Tomorrow isn't promised, so celebrate today for what it is and be thankful for every blessing you have been given. Have a wonderful and safe holiday everyone!
