I have my Tigershark sharpened-up really good, waiting to slice-up that turkey.....Just kidding, but I DID use my PowerLock yesterday to pull-off the wire that was holding the turkey shut!.

I ended-up using a couple of my J.A. Henkels Eversharp "kitchen knives"...The Tigershark is just alittle TOO big and TOO thick to tackle a cooked, dead turkey with...(A raw, LIVE turkey would be a different story, 'tho!.).
