Stacey, I just realized I havn't heard "Alice's Restaurant" yet:eek:

That's never happened, they play it on most of the stations around here every thanksgiving. Going to turn the radio on:thumbup:
 
I, too, want to give thanks for all that me and mine have recieved this year.

Barb-B-Q and I went to her folks today (my folks have all passed). This was her first real trip out of town since she started chemo. This year is really special for us. Lots and lots and lots of medical problems in our family. My beloved father-in-law was released just yesterday from having a tough hip replacement. He spent 15 days in the hospital with it and is still mostly stuck to a wheelchair and occationally to a walker. His spirit is great and very very thankful that all his kids and their spouses were able to get together.

And a great big thanks to all who are serving our nation, both home and abroad.
 
I'm off to get fat as a Hog. See all of you in a few hours.

I too have much to be thankful for.

Great family, good friends both here and in the "real world", and the bestest wife in the universe.

Thanks to those who put themselves in harms way to protect what we have.

There just aren't enough words.....:cool:
