I'm thankful that I found such a great community of like-minded individuals. I've learned a lot in the misc. forums, but this one is the best. It's been a very rough year for me, but the good humor, new friends, and education have taken my mind off of the stress and helped fuel new passions and interests - you can't put a price on that, Black Friday or not.

I hope everyone gets delicious food and has an excellent time with their loved ones. I'm looking forward to seeing pictures of Beckers slaying 6 courses of grub, and whatever else is photo-worthy on turkey day.

Had to put my Beckers away because some of the extended family doesn't like knives, but I exercised a little defiance by keeping a SAK at the ready.

I couldn't even get all of the food options on the plate - not shown are the yams. Everything was delicious, and we had a great time with the family. Alright, where's the rest of the food/knife porn?

Whatever that spinach and pecan stuff is looks Pretty promising

Caramelized pecans (very easy to make), havarti cheese, apples from the local orchard, fresh spinach, and acai berry vinaigrette - simple and delicious.
