Happy with Oleg Krymlin

I realize that Oleg Krymlin has received some negative feedback lately, so I wanted to share my recent experience. I've been a fan of his designs and craftsmanship for some time and have been intending to buy one of this listed knives in the For Sale By Maker forum section. When he recently put several knives up "On Sale" I jumped at the chance.

Listing 20 knives simultaneously in the same thread could have easily turned into a tangled mess. There were nine separate buyers, potential shoppers asking questions, and even a buyer who changed their mind about which knife they wanted. Considering all of that, Mr. Krymlin did an outstanding job of keeping the list updated and replying to buyers.

My knife arrived promptly and well-packed, and it's a beauty.

Good to hear ! I want to pick up one of his Finnish Style knives they look very nice. I just needed to hear some positive reports to ease my concerns.

I have now a total of 6 pieces by Oleg,two of which I commissioned him to make and every transaction was seamless. He was always quick to respond via email and shipping was quick and without issue. The sale he had here recently presented some great values and I find his workmanship to be of a high caliber,designs are original and all appropriately priced.
He even had a folder on BF some time ago which was really different. Sorry I missed out on that one.
