harbour freight tumbler?

k gents, I'm only in the US for a couple days so I was looking for some quick advice... if I wanted a stone washed finish on my knives are the harbour freight ones satisfactory? Which one and which medium works best?

I have the large 18 pound HF tumbler. I've used it very often in the past couple of years and am very happy with it. I use ceramic media - not the stuff from HF (I have it also but it isn't aggressive enough). I think I got my good media from MSC but don't quite recall.
