hard time returning to knifezilla

I found out that in the great State of Maryland butterfly knifes are not legal. My son has order 2 before but I did not know one way or the other if that was a problem. he just order another one and i will not let him keep it now.
I am following knifevilla there return policy but they will not give me the ok to send it back. any help.

The best way is to deal directly with Josh via the TELEPHONE. Between PVK, BA and knifezilla, he gets a few hundred E-mails daily. Just call him, ask him if he takes returns for merchandise you do not want, and is not defective. [it is the responsibility of the BUYER to know the Laws in his/her State] Request an RA from him. I believe he has a 20% re-stocking fee and in this case it should apply. Good luck....................wolf

You may return any knife purchased from the KnifeZilla.COM
website for an even exchange or a refund of the purchase price less
for up to 32 days from the date that you received your order
