Hard Wear series actually back?

The site says so. But i thought they were discontinued.

Anyone have one? I like the looks, but honestly the one i had years ago felt really flimsy. Broke the tip off, and the handles flexed bad when i squeezed it. Vertical blade play.

Plus for zytel with AUS-8, theres better value out there.

Anyone know if the new ones are more robust? Im willing to pay extra for the name if they are.

They appear to be in stock so I would say yes, for a time at least, they are back.

They are back for a limited time. They are great everyday knives. I keep one in the glove box. They are lock backs and made in Japan.

I could be wrong but the handle looks to be the same right across the model line so the specs should be the same on all except for apparent variations in blade grinds. (?)

BTW I am sure you think you know everything, but I hate to inform you again you got it wrong. When I posted my question, only the picture, and prices were on the Emerson web-site. As apprently when the pictures, and prices were posted that was all people got to see. Now there is complete information so the web master much be finished with the web-page.
