Found this image... thought y'all might get a get inspired by the Corporal's resourcefulness. He just needs a Strider knife! (I blurred his face and deleted his last name and home town.)

lifts a sandbag weighing about 60 pounds (25 Kilos) as he exercises near a US Cobra attack helicopter, which he maintains on the Marine base in southern Afghanistan. The Marines of the 15th MEU (Marine Expeditionary Unit) arrived in southern Afghanistan Nov. 25.

Naah. If he was really hardcore he'd have some real concertina wrapped around his arm and he'd tear the bag open with his teeth.
