Large Breakers

I ordered a small run of these from Paul of PSD Products about 4-5 years ago for use on MagLite tail caps. 5/16x18 thread. These huge glass breakers are gorgeous and would be ideal for your MagLite or large custom knife project. Breakers are turned from D2 steel and heat treated.

Price: $15/ea. shipped via USPS First Class.

Small Breakers

Ordered these around the same time for use on the bottom of Glock handgun magazines; (they were affixed using special magazine floor plates). The idea was a flop but the breakers are fantastic.

The breakers are made from heat-treated D2 with a 10/24 thread pattern. These are ideal for your small MagLite or custom knife project! Two styles to choose from, the conical "executive" or the stepped "stinger". (I have a little more than 40 of each.)

Price: Asking $7 + $2 for USPS 1st Class shipping. Add $5 for each additional glass breaker. If you'd like to buy them all, PM me and we can work a better price out. Payment by check, money order, or PP works just fine.

Also available: The 4 original glass breaker prototypes plus Paul's original notes. This is a neat curio if you're a fan of his work. Asking $50 shipped.

Here's a pic for you showing how they were originally used:

Installation instructions for a 4D MagLite would be:

1. Remove tail cap
2. Remove tail cap contents (battery spring, extra bulb [if present])
3. Mount cap in vise and drill hole through center
4. Secure with Grade-10 black oxide flange nut; (be sure to apply red Loc-tite during process)
5. Let sit over night before use

Received my 2nd order yesterday...

TStatesboro is a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with!!
