Hi... I have somebody that wants a removable full tang handle. I've seen plenty of take down stick tangs... but not a lot of full tang. I'm assuming you can just buy threaded rivets and keep the screw slots intact???

If this is the solution... what would these be called and where to get??

A lot of makers use torx or alen head bolts with standoffs.
They are slightly below the surface of the scales.

I'm not sure where you can get them but i'm sure someone can tell you.

1/2" long pivot barrels (for folders) and button head torx screws are what I would use. The pivot barrels are long enough to go through the tang and still get a little ways into the scale on either side, so the pivot barrels act as pins and the screws essentially just form a rivet head. Drill the tang and scales through to the diameter of the pivot barrels, and counter-bore the outside of the scales to the size of the screw heads. Easy as pie.
