Harley Davidson Powerplier?

Looked just like a powerplier but had HD written all over it. Is this actually a SOG or is it a knockoff that I saw?

I wish all my responses could be this quick! ;)

We've made several tools over the years like the HD tool. Penn International and Master Mechanic come to mind. These three might be it.
