Being the service manager of a H-D dealer and knife collector/enthusiast I was happy to see this new tool is a BUCK TOOL.
My first impression was not all that great though. The blade chips out on the lock pivot pin every time I close it. It also seems flimsy. In use though I have found it to be a good tool . My primary tool has been a LEATHERMAN WAVE up until I got this tool. I find the accessories very handy. One recomendation is to replace the T 30 with T 15 OR T 20. They will come in alot more handy, trust me. There are no T 30 screws on H-Ds to date. I replaced this bit with the SNAP ON TOOL salesman my self.
I will keep you posted on this tools usefulness. I am going to recommand it to my customers. If any one is going to find fault or a short comming with a product it will be them.

Jim,

I appreciate your comments regarding the Harley Road Tool. I will be passing them on to our engineering group. By the way, the story i heard was that a Harley mechanic used one to totally dismantle his ride and that is how we came up with the various impliments. Someone may have been pulling my leg too!
Thanks again.
