Blues called it "Cuts like a Kris". A punch stockman, or a punch cattle knife is what you be lookin' for!

Are there any with a long blade, short blade and punch? I would really get behind one of these (or is it called something else?).

Case will sometimes produce a punch variant of their premium stockman patterns - it will have a pattern number like 6318 PU. I don't think they have one in current production, but you should be able to find some somewhere.

My contribution to this thread, out of production but comes up often on auction site(s).
Buck 319 Rancher, spiral older, smooth newer. Spiral awl blade is carbon steel. Smooth awl blade is SS.
