Looking For Information On Hess Hawks. Trying To Put Together Some History On Them. He Apparently Had Permission To Duplicate
Lagana Hawk In The Early 1970's.
 
After years of checking for info on Harold Hess Still havent found out any more on him. Other than he copied the Lagana Vietnam hawk , imported and sold them. There are not alot of them around.
