Heat treated in my shop with three normalizing and two tempering cycles to Rc 58-60 and a fine grain throughout the blade
Flat grind with a mat finish
Forged texture on the flats
Stabilized cherry burl handle with black spacers
Overall length: 8 1/2 inches
Blade: 4 1/4 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop

Gerry, I recommend adding one more photo of this knife showing the top edge of the blade and the black spacers. The handles are beautiful. Based on the blade thickness and geometry this one looks like a real "slicer."
