I'm fortunate enough to have a drop point hunter with a mountain laurel handle from his yard. That was my first knife from an individual maker and it is a beautiful one. The knife, I mean. A harpoon hunter with neat forge patterns and a subtle maple from him was the next. I'm hooked like a funky old fish now on Gerry's work.
