Heat treated to Rc 58-60 with attention to fine grain structure
Flat grind with a 400 grit belt finish
Professionally stabilized figured maple handle. These bolsters are held in place with two brass rivets in a tapered hole. Look closely, you can see them.
Tapered full tang
Overall length is 8 1/4 inches with a 3 3/4 inch blade
Leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry
