Forged from 52100 high carbon steel
Heat treated to Rc 58-60 with attention to a fine grain structure
Flat grind with a 400 grit belt finish
The handle is from a burl that someone gave me years ago, I am guessing it is a rosewood of some kind and is very hard. You may notice some checking in the wood (burls do that sometimes) but it has been filled.
Overall length: 8 1/4 inches
Blade: 3 1/2 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry.
