Here is a great cumtom knife for the outdoors/bushcraft folk. This is a minty Harri Merimaa puukko. Razor sharp! High carbon blade, and it hasn't been used at all. Sharpen once by a great sharpener. Scandi grind of course. The handle is very comfortable with a nice curly birch wood.
