Phill Hartsfield was one of the best knifemakers of all time and his work will always be a huge inspiration.

This one was inspired by his work but has my own style and materials choices.

SO nice!
If this one was Red, I'd grab it!
Phill was a Giant among men.
Thanks Daniel!

Guys- I had one like this from Phill and sold it. I carried this style fixed blade more than any other fixed blades that I have owned. It's perfect for EDC. Do not hesitate to get one from Daniel.

I, too, carried a very similar style knife everyday for a couple years. Worked very well and I may consider another!

I would have to go for a brown wrap over white or light tan ray skin. Although I like just a very slight amount of sori in the blade, but if a straight spine just the smallest amount of belly works.

Brown is nice. Good choice.
Daniel can do a Red & Green wrap for Christmas.

This guy^ has good taste.
Daniel- What about an acid wash on one of these?

Thanks guys! I really appreciate all the responses!

I just got in from grinding and can barely type, lol... but Thanks!

Yes an acid wash would be cool, I'm about to do one soon on some upcoming orders.

You... rock!
OMT- Someday, try a kata-kira-ba on this one, ok Daniel? This grind would be so badazz on this kozuka.
