I tried ordering some knives from their website once and was given the runaround for a few days. After I finally called, I was told the knives I had ordered were out of stock and he was waiting on more. He seemed pretty polite, but didn't answer my e-mails. It took me about a week to get my $600 back. I've heard others have had good luck with him though.
