Has anyone ever changed a pocket clip?

I love the idea of a Mnandi-style clip on a Sebenza; and I'd pay for a deep carry clip for a Sebbie, for sure. There don't seem to be many of them out there.
 
I got the feet bent today-




I attempted to do it with them both bent evenly so they met up but I actually found staggering them like I did to be more secure.

Just to clarify this is what I'm going for, I don't care of its solid, wire or anything else, the end goal is deep carry/low rise. My absolute favorite clip on any knife is the wire clips on the Caly 3/UKPK because of how low they ride in your pocket. I have a couple other knives that I've modified (an ESEE Zancudo and a ontario utilitac) with benchmade contego clips that the entire handle of the knife actually sits just below the pocket and that's what I prefer, for security/knife retention as well as not being as noticeable.

Those clips just jump right on to a CRK but they sit a bit loose not having the support of the handle scales they get from their original knives. They are still useable and have the knife sit low in the pocket as desired though. :)

Hey, Hotbossa… how did you like the Tilock clip on the Seb? Any advantage you could describe? Thanks, Bart
 
Oooh, I will have to try a UKPK clip....

But just to cross it off my list--nobody makes a custom, built-to-fit deep carry clip for the small Sebenza??
 
You may still be able to get a meerkat clip from spyderco. I'd give them a call, however it was a few years back when I picked up mine. Long gone now or I'd send it your way. By far, out of all the wire clips the meerkat works the best. I may have a few solutions for the low rider dilemma, actual clips not wires. But I'll let you all know next week.
