  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Has anyone ever found a knife?

When I was 12 I went to the big bear mountains and in the snow suit i rented I found 80+ in cash plus a credit card. I put it in my wallet with my rightful money. Later that day I lost it all. Talk about Karma. I should've given the money back to the rental place to be returned tot the owner.

I have a story like that. I got a cratw of Omaha Steaks and some cheap steak knives (so it counts) shipped to me probably about a hundred dollars worth of stuff. instead of calling up the company and telling them that they had shipped to the wrong address I just kept the steaks. they probably would have let me keep them if I just called them. anyway couple days later I was hurrying and I had just come back from Mexico so I was carrying a lot of cash in my wallet and I dropped it out of my pocket. soon as I realized I went back and looked everywhere but somebody had already picked up the wallet and nobody had turned it in. I went up $100 in free steaks I went down over 300 cash two days later.

Live by the sword die by the sword.

I found a very minimalist Swiss Army knife in a parking lot and a small folding Ka-bar knife with a brass handle on the street.

I lost my large 21 silver dog paws......hope someone finds it, mainly ME......lol....................

We were doing a courtesy dive at Shirley reservoir in Mass, cleaning a swimming area, shortly after the ice had melt off. I found a SAK, a $5 bill and a Bic lighter. Cleaned and gave the SAK to a young team member who did not have one, my wife took the $5. When I got out of the water, blew on that Bic a few times, and after a few tries, it lite. Been in the water all winter, and still worked, put it in my E&E kit.
