Has anyone ever returned a Busse?

I keep getting asked about my "Extra" SHSHs

Just exactly when do Busse knives become "Extras"?
 
I'm seeing a trend here. I also sent back a knife that I didn't order.

I simply called and paid for the two I got that I didn't order. That's why today I have extra ABA LE's and Desert
ABA's.:D
 
I bought a CG FBM from the Company Store that had a pretty bad chip in the tip from grinding. I emailed Skunk. He said that he would call the shop and tell them to expect my knife for service. I sent it back. It came back in perfect condition. Busse will do you right. If you ever have a problem don't hesitate to contact the shop. With that many blades being made it's no surprise that a few errors slip through its excellent quality control staff.
