Its been almost a month for me, and nada so far, not even an order confirmation. I've bugged them once, but not gotten any reply back.
 
I got mine yesterday. I don't remember exactly when I ordered, but it was awhile a go. It was worth it though, it was one of the best knife purchase I've made. FREE!.

I was wondering what happened but just received my order Friday.I paid $5.00 for a SAK Adventurer.I was curious about the larger SAK and the locking blade.Does anyone know what type of lock it uses? In any event I'm excited to get this knife for this price and will most likely throw it in a closet to be found in 10-15 years!

I've been waiting over a month for my flashlight and was told recently (after numerous phone calls) that the order was sent to the manufacturer and would be another 10-12 days. If true it would make it about 6 weeks to receive an order which in this day and age is ridiculous, regardless of savings.
They only took about 3 days to charge my credit card which I feel should not happen until an item is shipped. Oh well, I guess I won't be ordering any more from them.

Ordered a Fisherman for my son for a Halloween treat. Not here yet, no e-mail response after 5 days. I guess we overwhelmed them! Keep up the good work you web bargain snoops... They should come one day.

Just rec'd my SAK Rucksack yesterday. Not bad for $8.00! Only thing that bugs me is that they charged my credit card 17 days before I received the knife. That means they charged my credit card exactly 14 days before even shipping the knife to me - that is illegal, and means I will NOT do any more business with this company.
 
I FINALLY received 2 of the 3 knives I ordered today. Who knows when the other one (sent to a different address) will arrive.

P.S.- These people had the nerve to e-mail me on both accounts with an offer of a $10 coupon. Yeah, I might order from them again and wait another month to get my stuff....NOT!!

My box came UPS, when I opened it it had the SAK knife box but it was empty. Some one had opened it from the bottom and retaped it shut. I e-mailed their customer service dept. twice with no answer and they are to busy to answer the phone. So needless to say I won't everdo any business with them again.
 
That was a dirty trick lbwheat. Check with the Sifu owner that had a similar experience to see if you are in the same area. Makes my skin crawl...

Got a fisherman, after much time, last week. It's for a halloween present for my son. I was beginning to wonder if I would have to substitute some brimstone and sticks in his halloween stocking.

ibwheat: Best to quickly check with your carrier first and then file for a claim if it becomes necessary. Why would adressee open and then retape when they could have sent an empty box, period? If this is in fact your experience. Would a company have such nerve to redirect blame to another? Just some thoughts.

I figure someone up the line in UPS did it.I talked with the UPS driver in this area and he said that I needed to report it to the sender and they do the trace from there. The only problem is that shop.world won't reply to the e-mails I've sent to their customer service address and if you call the 1-888 number the message is "All our representives are busy helping customers please call back later",I don't have enough free time to devote to that exercise more than a couple of tries. Also the UPS driver told me that this has become a problem with them.He made a delivery to a Cell phone shop and when they opened the box tweleve phones were missing,but the individual boxes had been replaced back in the carton and it was retaped back. I would guess that this is happening in a central collection point and most times the people doing it know what they are after.My SAK came in a small box, so they probably were after a ring or small piece of jewelry. I'll bet that's why Spyderco Factory Outlet is using big boxes so as not to draw attention to the smaller packages that would be the right size for a knife.

My better half said that my Camper just arrived. I seem to recall when ordering that it was listed as a 5 to 7 day item, others were listed at a few weeks, so I guess enough got ordered to result in a backorder.
 
I got my Hiker today.
