I figure someone up the line in UPS did it.I talked with the UPS driver in this area and he said that I needed to report it to the sender and they do the trace from there. The only problem is that shop.world won't reply to the e-mails I've sent to their customer service address and if you call the 1-888 number the message is "All our representives are busy helping customers please call back later",I don't have enough free time to devote to that exercise more than a couple of tries. Also the UPS driver told me that this has become a problem with them.He made a delivery to a Cell phone shop and when they opened the box tweleve phones were missing, but the individual boxes had been replaced back in the carton and it was retaped back. I would guess that this is happening in a central collection point and most times the people doing it know what they are after. My SAK came in a small box, so they probably were after a ring or small piece of jewelry. I'll bet that's why Spyderco Factory Outlet is using big boxes so as not to draw attention to the smaller packages that would be the right size for a knife.
