has anyone stripped their Milganzaa's yet ??

I've found this little guy gets it done for phase one ($6 at Walmart). It leaves rough circular cuts on the steel's surface.

This one's made of a composite plastic. Then for phase two I use the softer one found next to it in the sanding section. It's from 3m also, but I couldn't find a pic. It's just like it, but instead of woven plastic, it woven wool cord or something like it. Maybe it's rough burlap?

So I still really want to know how to get that golden/beige finish on a stripper like the LE's come from the shop. Anyone?

Guys...Guys...Guys.... What we need first, before any stripping, are some pics and/or vids of our Meaners being put to some hards use. :D

like i said earlier...it depends on the quality you want.....please post some pics of your drill attatchment job as there must be a transition where the material is removed around handles....i would think to do a proper job that all material removed must be kept flat....no rolls or grooves...IMO one can also damage a knife easy and make it just a user...kill the resale value.

Here is a Hell Razor I did last year. I even sanded off the bevels. The heavy sanding was with a drill and attachments. The mirror was put on by hand. The knife still has the factory rivets.
Maybe when my buddy gets back from Iraq I'll try taking the slabs off and really cleaning it up.
The game warden was done the same way.
