Has anyone "thinned" a Buck/Strider

have you got a side view showing the width of the original vs. the width of the modified?
 
How can I get a hold of Todd1, I am very interested in having him do a knife for me. They liik great and the smooth scales shouldn't snag so easily.
 
JMO, I normally remove 1/2 of the factory thickness of the G10
