I've been waiting for the weekend since monday... They moved our short day from monday to tomorrow for May Fair.
Can't wait for saturday, gonna be getting some MIG practice time in.

Yup I guess it has been a long week. I have been commuting from Chattanooga to my job in Bastidville (Atlanta.)
Tell ya what though, I have learned something after spending a week earlier in the month in the hospital in a spinal and head injury ward and a couple of weeks in a therapy clinic where my mom is recovering from surgery that has given her back the use of her legs after she lost that ability about 2 months ago.
That thing is that every day you can take care of yourself and I mean basic stuff like dressing, feeding, doing the things most of us take for granted is a GREAT DAY!
So many of those folks in that ward and in the therapy facility have had these things taken from them for one reason or another without hope of full recovery. Many of them are in the youth and prime of their lives.

Bastid, I know what you mean. I just got back from three weeks in the hospital for pancreatitis. The only thing being tired means is that you are alive and that is a good thing.

This week has been painfully long... every night after work I've had to help someone do something and then theres tonight ! I'm going to finish the grind on my latest blade and temper that badboy , make a pizza , drink some coffee and watch Battlestar re-runs.

Been on cycle for 9 days (earned time off). Can't wait to go to work tonight!!!
3 nights then I'm off for 4 days of turkey hunting. Glad I left that 5 day work week 15 years ago.
