My Thanks to Thomas for his continued input to our great Bladeforums.
The Rogue I ordered arrived today and is my 3rd Kershaw with 14c28.
It is an excellent knife .... as are 90% of the Kershaws from our cherished USA.
I want to add one very important comment for us all to remember....
that blade grind is as crucial to performance as carbon content and final
hardening. I much prefer ALL my Kershaws (folders) in hollow-grind and think they
generally perform better than straight-grinds. That said...if I was trying
to carve up 2x4's made of oak, I would want a Blackjack in convex-grind,..ya-know!
