Has the Vantage Force Pro been fixed?

My two Buck 847TNX Desert Tan Vantage Force Pro Folding Knife, 3.25" Blade, S30V Steel, 4.6oz, G-10 Tactile Grip Handle, both born on 3/29/2012 are perfect.:thumbup:

I have a Buck 846 Vantage Force - Avid Tactical Folder, 846BKS-B, cat 3640, 3.25" Blade, 4oz, 13C26 Sandvik, USA, born on 11/30/2011 that does rub the side when I close it:grumpy:
