Has your Mnandi kicked the other Reeve knives out of your pocket?

Thanks, LW. I remember you fondly and am glad you are okay.

We moved from Virginia to California for retirement (near the beach). Then I had some serious medical issues stemming from my military disability, but I am stabilizing pretty well and hope to be more active on this forum.

I pair my knife collection down to 10 or 12, and I'll take photos soon. Best Regards.

Welcome back, Locutus!

Can we see some Mnandi pics?

When I get a Mnandi, the first thing I do is take off the clip. I carry them just loose in pocket or in the leather sheath.

I've only owned one 4 days so I can't give it a good read yet but it has been in my pocket ( in its pouch) below my small insingo every minute I've had pants on since it arrived. Honestly I would love for it to be my only knife but it's just not going to be able to fight in the same weight class as sebbie so it will ride shotgun during the week but I'm pretty sure the weekends will belong to the Mnandi.
My only concern is if I go to a light weight weekend carry does that mean I need a light smaller then my HDS? Oh darn...

I carry my Mnandi in the office with the clip removed, in the leather slip or just in my pocket. Fits nicely in that little extra pocket sewn into the regular pocket of slacks. I still carry my Small Seb often, just not to work.

Without the clip I use it just like a traditional knife, but with modern materials and a lock. It's small enough not to be in the way at the bottom of a pocket.

I don't know if the size has changed since I purchased my Mnandi 6 years ago but the clip is firm and it only adds to the look outside the pants. Everyone assumes I have a pen in my pocket. In regards of it being too thick, I don't see or feel it does. Perhaps the newer models are thicker.

Welcome back ... Even if I would prefer that you continue your sebenza collection and leave the Mnandis to me 😀 since I did the same selection.

Hope you will be in perfect health!
